WTAC & Covid-19 FAQs

In light of evolving updates and concerns around the coronavirus, the Washington Tuskegee Alumni Club, Incorporated has posted the following information.  If anything changes, we will keep you informed through our website and email. Q: Are we having an April WTAC meeting?

A: The WTAC April general body meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 19th.  As of now, we are planning to schedule a virtual meeting for that date.  The information for joining the meeting will be sent out closer to the date.  If by chance we cancel the April general body meeting, we will also inform you.  

Q: I am currently signed up to volunteer at a college fair.  What should I do?  

A:  As of now, all college fairs are canceled until the Fall.  

Q: I am currently paid to attend the 80th Celebration - Speakeasy.   How will I know if the event will be canceled or postponed?  

A: If the event is either canceled or postponed, we will notify everyone that has purchased tickets by phone and or email.  We will also update the information on our website, www.tuskegeedmv.org.  

Q: I am currently paid for the 80th Celebration - Speakeasy and do NOT know if I plan to attend if the event rescheduled or canceled. What do I need to do?

A: You have a few choices of what you can do about your payment to the event.  Option one, plan to attend the rescheduled event date and that will require no further action on your part.  Option two, request a refund of your payment by sending an email to wtac@tuskegeedmv.org  Option three, turn your payment into a donation to the Washington Tuskegee Alumni Club, Inc and email that request to wtac@tuskegeedmv.org.

Q: I have not paid to attend the 80th Celebration - Speakeasy at this point and want to wait closer to the date, in case the event is canceled or postponed.  Can I purchase tickets at a later date?

A: Yes. You can purchase tickets on our website at any time by visiting www.tuskegeedmv.org under the events tab, as long as tickets are available.
